These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and wagplus ("wagplus," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wagplus.net. To access real-money games and services on wagplus, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules apply to all wagplus account registrations:

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have ongoing access to.

• wagplus reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Account registration on wagplus is free of charge. wagplus will never charge a fee solely for creating or maintaining an account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wagplus account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. wagplus strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not reused across other platforms.

You must not share your wagplus account credentials with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your wagplus account on your behalf. All transactions, bets, and activities conducted through your wagplus account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized them, unless wagplus is demonstrably at fault due to a security breach on its own systems.

If you suspect that your wagplus account has been accessed without your authorization, or if your credentials have been compromised, you must notify wagplus immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. wagplus will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving such notice.

wagplus supports a range of Philippine-market payment methods for depositing funds into your account, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, USDT, and QR Ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Current available methods are displayed in the wagplus cashier at the time of transaction.

The following terms apply to all deposits made to a wagplus account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status.
• All funds deposited into wagplus must originate from a payment source legally owned by you. You must not use payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your wagplus account within seconds. Processing times for bank transfers and over-the-counter payments may vary.
• wagplus does not accept deposits intended for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling on the wagplus platform.

wagplus does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond wagplus's control.

Registered and fully verified wagplus account holders may request withdrawal of available account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorized withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply based on your account verification tier.
• wagplus targets processing of standard GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. These are target timeframes and not guarantees; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing compliance review.
• wagplus reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation — including government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or where unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal hold.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Only real-money winnings that meet bonus completion criteria are eligible for withdrawal.
• wagplus reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, pending investigation.

All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over this Section 7 with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus terms applicable to all wagplus promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified wagplus accounts only. Accounts under review or flagged for suspicious activity are not eligible to receive or use bonus funds.
• Each wagplus promotion specifies a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, fishing games, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• wagplus reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, collusion, or any other conduct that violates the spirit of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wagplus platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point during account use.
• Registering or operating more than one wagplus account per individual person.
• Using the wagplus platform while under the age of 21.

All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wagplus platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wagplus content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on wagplus software or content.
• Use the wagplus name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wagplus and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the wagplus platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to system downtime, connectivity failure, or technical malfunction beyond wagplus's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your wagplus account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information, odds, or promotional content that are subsequently corrected.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network infrastructure.
• Any loss, damage, or harm arising from your reliance on information provided on the wagplus platform, where such information is provided for general informational purposes only.

wagplus's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the wagplus platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wagplus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wagplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by wagplus's own negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

wagplus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any wagplus account, with or without prior notice, if wagplus reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any specific game, promotion, or feature rule.
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information to wagplus at any time.
• Your account activity is inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling and raises concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• You have attempted to circumvent technical or account-level restrictions imposed by wagplus.
• Continued operation of your account would expose wagplus to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• wagplus is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, wagplus may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to a breach on your part, wagplus will return your verified account balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your wagplus account at any time by contacting wagplus support. All pending wagers at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and remaining balances will be refunded to your registered payment method where eligible.

wagplus reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication of the revised Terms on the wagplus website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a wagplus player — wagplus will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the wagplus platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the wagplus platform and may request account closure by contacting wagplus support. Continued use of wagplus after notification of a material change to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the wagplus platform, or any wagplus service that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and wagplus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

wagplus operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
